Our first brief for this company was to design a corporate identity, which is now widely recognised and associated with the successful growth of Hill Partnerships into a major player in the affordable housing sector.

Gosling continues to look after much of the company's corporate communications, is often involved in putting together important bid proposals and has designed marketing literature for its award winning sister company, Hill Residential, which operates in the private sector and in joint venture projects.
