At Gosling we celebrate imagination, and the currency of our imagination is ideas. That's how we define our week, month and year – how many ideas have we originated that made a real difference to our clients?

Imagination is precious – our job is to create the right environment for creativity to flourish. It's about people who can bring original thinking and a different perspective, and deliver it with enthusiasm and passion. We find those people and nurture their talent.

Imagination can blossom in a yoga class, at a gig, on the train, walking the dog, playing football, or even at the desk. It can come from anywhere, from anyone in the agency, at any time. Actually, we don't care where an idea comes from as long as it's interesting, distinctive and right on brief. And every so often we add ideas outside the brief that make our clients stop, consider and look at something differently.

Our whole approach is about encouraging unhindered imagination, but then having the experience to hone and channel that raw creativity into something viable, distinctive and cost effective for our clients.
